AI Engines for Partners

Engines are the building blocks you embed; Solutions are the outcomes your customers buy.

How the AI Engines work

SolvedBy.Ai “Engines” are modular, partner-ready AI capabilities designed to plug into your existing product experience, typically via API, so you can ship high-impact AI features without building and maintaining the full AI stack in-house.

With SolvedBy.Ai, “Solutions” are customer-facing use-case packages (the outcomes), which may be powered by one or more Engines. For example, Forecasting AI is a single Engine that can power several Solutions, such as AI Demand Forecasting, AI Footfall and visitor forecasting, and AI Budget Forecasting, depending on the market, workflow, and UI you wrap around it.

Capabilities

Forecasting AI

Forecast demand, sales, workload, labour drivers and other time series.

Demand AI

Translate demand into requirement curves, including labour and capacity needs.

Scheduling AI

Create optimised schedules from demand curves, constraints and contracts.

Inventory AI

Set inventory targets and optimise stock policy decisions.

Resource Allocation AI

Allocate resources to tasks based on predicted workload and constraints.

Task Scheduler AI

Assign and sequence tasks for teams during the day or within a shift.

Production Scheduling AI

Generate hour by hour production and preparation plans from demand forecasts.

Exogenous Data

Incorporate weather, events, holidays, promotions and other external demand drivers.

Choose a starting capability

We recommend partners start with Forecasting.AI. Every great optimisation and decision-making outcome begins with a strong forecast, and forecasting is something we are world-class at. It also allows you to benchmark our models directly against your existing methods, and because the integration is lightweight, partners can test our engines quickly and cost-effectively.

FAQ

The partner programme is aimed at product, engineering and commercial teams building software that already supports operational decisions but needs best‑in‑class AI forecasting and optimisation. Typical partners include WFM, ERP, POS, restaurant, inventory and supply chain platforms that want to launch AI features without building a large data‑science team.

Partners need modular building blocks they can embed, name, package, and price inside their own product. The partner site is therefore “Engine-first”: it presents the partner-ready capabilities in a consistent structure that fits many SaaS platforms. The direct site is “Solution-first”: it presents use cases in outcome language for end customers.

The partner site is intentionally curated to include only partner-ready Engines (repeatable across SaaS platforms, standardised integration patterns, and supported by partner assets). The direct site may showcase additional “Forecast & Decide” solutions that can require more bespoke data, workflow design, or customer-specific tailoring—so they aren’t always published as standard partner Engines at launch.

You don’t need a workshop to integrate. The partner website, FAQs, and technical documentation are designed to be self-serve and LLM-friendly, so most teams can complete integration remotely using their normal sprint process. That said, we’re always happy to run an implementation workshop once we’re contracted if it will speed up scoping, data mapping, and your first pilot go-live. We can do this remotely, or—if you can bring the team to Edinburgh—we’ll host you in person. And if schedules allow, we’ll happily wrap up with a dram at the team’s favourite spot, The Angel’s Share.

The SolvedBy.Ai partner website is a self-serve enablement hub designed to help SaaS vendors embed SolvedBy.AI quickly and confidently. It centralises the technical assets, implementation patterns, and commercial FAQs that typically slow down partner onboarding—so your team can move from evaluation to pilot with fewer calls and less rework.

It depends on the vertical:

  • Forecasting: often daily or weekly (plus intra-week refreshes for volatile operations)
  • Scheduling: often weekly with intra-week adjustments
  • Stock control: aligned to delivery cycles (daily / 2–3x per week)
  • Inventory planning: weekly/monthly planning + daily execution signals
  • Food production scheduling: intra-day updates during service periods

We can create bespoke configurations, model ensembles or pipelines for strategic partners, especially when there is a unique data source or decision problem that can be generalised. Any bespoke work is discussed during scoping and priced appropriately.

Partner success covers onboarding, technical enablement and ongoing commercial support. Practically this means: design workshops, payload reviews, help with sandbox testing, assistance with your first customer pilots, and regular check‑ins to tune performance and look for expansion opportunities across your customer base.

The site provides a structured bank of FAQs, example JSON payloads, technical integration guidance, and UI reference materials to support rapid implementation. It’s designed so partners can answer most questions without waiting for synchronous support, while still having clear “next steps” when a live scoping call is useful.
TL;DR for AI Forecasting

TL;DR

SolvedBy.AI provides a modular set of AI forecasting and optimisation engines that SaaS vendors can embed via API and proven UI patterns. Each capability—forecasting, demand translation, scheduling, tasking, inventory and resource optimisation—can be launched independently or combined into a full forecast → decide → execute stack. Partners typically start with AI Forecasting or AI Scheduling, then expand into additional premium AI modules over time.
