AI Engines for Consultants & Systems Integrators

Man using tablet for Enterprise AI Solitions
We enable consulting, system integration and advisory firms to use SolvedBy.AI engines inside client solutions, transformation programmes and managed services.

Our AI engines are available via API either by direct integration or via a number of self service routes, giving your team access to the same forecasting and optimisation capabilities we provide to SaaS platforms. This allows you to build client-facing products, decision tools and managed workflows without building the core AI engines from scratch.

You retain ownership of the client relationship, the delivery model and the solution design. We provide the decision intelligence behind the product.

What solutions we power for consultants and systems integrators

AI Forecasting

environments.
This gives consulting teams a fast way to introduce production-grade forecasting into transformation programmes, managed services and bespoke client products.

AI Demand & Labour Planning

To translate demand forecasts into workload, capacity and labour requirements.
These outputs help advisory teams build tools that show how many people, hours or resources are needed by role, site, day or time interval.

AI Scheduling

To power schedule optimisation and scheduling-assist solutions inside client workflows.
This enables partners to build tools that improve schedules while respecting contracts, availability, business rules and operational constraints.

AI Inventory, Resource & Production Decisions

To turn forecasts into stock decisions, resource allocation, task assignment and production plans.
This helps partners go beyond insight and into execution, building solutions that support real operational decisions.

Case Study

How it works

1

Define the client decision workflow

Forecast demand (e.g. footfall, transactions, bookings).
TIdentify the forecast, demand, scheduling, stock or resource decision that needs to improve.
2

Connect the right AI engines

Use our APIs to add forecasting and optimisation into the workflow, product or managed service you are building.
3

Deliver inside the client solution

Your team owns the client-facing workflow, delivery and change programme. Our engines provide the decision intelligence behind the scenes.
4

Improve over time

Compare forecast vs actual and decision vs actual, then refine models, assumptions and operating rules as the client solution matures.

AI Engines that can be used by consultants and advisors

Generates forward-looking demand forecasts from operational drivers such as sales, footfall, bookings, orders or workload.
Brings in external demand drivers such as weather, events, holidays and other contextual signals that improve forecast accuracy. These are available on our platform based on Latitude and Longitude. Partners can integrate their own exogenous data sets, but we provide a wide range via the platform to save you the heavy lifting.
Converts demand forecasts into labour, workload or capacity requirements across sites and time periods.
Creates optimised schedules using demand, availability, contracts, rules and operational constraints.
Assigns tasks based on priorities, timing, operational windows and available resources.
Calculates stock targets, buffers and replenishment decisions based on expected demand and variability.
Supports decisions on how limited labour, equipment or operational capacity should be deployed.
Builds time-based production and preparation plans aligned to demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
Budget forecasting builds budgets based on expected demand rather than fixed assumptions. Forecasts adjust as conditions change, giving finance and operations teams clearer visibility of risk and cost pressure.

For leisure organisations, this improves control, reduces variance, and limits late-year corrective action when demand shifts.
(Best suited to asset-heavy leisure operations)

Predictive maintenance identifies early failure risk in critical assets that affect safety, availability, or customer experience.

In leisure, this applies to equipment such as pool systems, HVAC, rides, lifts, and facility-critical infrastructure, reducing unplanned downtime and protecting service and safety.

FAQ

We work with consulting firms, advisory businesses, systems integrators and AI build partners that want to create client-facing products, decision tools or managed solutions using our AI engines. Typically, the partner owns client discovery, solution design, delivery and change management, while SolvedBy.AI provides the forecasting and optimisation layer.

No. This route is specifically designed for consultants and advisors who want to build products or decision workflows for clients using our APIs.

Yes. Consultants and advisors can access the same core engines we provide to SaaS platforms via API, including Forecasting AI, Demand AI, Scheduling AI and the wider decision-engine set.

Partners use our engines to build everything from narrow forecasting tools to broader workflows that convert demand into staffing, schedules, stock decisions, task allocation or production plans. Some start with one engine; others combine multiple engines into a full forecast-to-decision workflow.

You do. You lead the client relationship, the advisory engagement and the delivery model. Co-branding or a “Powered by SolvedBy.AI” approach can be agreed case by case.

Where we are working together under a partner arrangement, we respect the agreed go-to-market plan and do not seek to displace the consulting or advisory partner.

We support direct API integration for consultants, advisors and systems integrators building client solutions with SolvedBy.AI engines.

As a partner, you can access a sandbox environment on AWS, along with documentation, implementation support and technical guidance during integration. This is designed to help your team move quickly from evaluation to working client use cases.

We usually charge a modest monthly minimum for sandbox access and support. This helps cover our AWS and enablement costs, and is typically credited against any agreed revenue share or monthly minimum once the commercial model is in place.

We offer several self-service routes for partners who prefer to start quickly or work through an existing marketplace.

These currently include:

  • RapidAPI for API-based access
  • AgentForecast.ai for self-service forecasting
  • AWS Marketplace for self-service procurement and deployment

We are also in the process of going live on StackOne, and we intend to add Microsoft and Google marketplace routes. Where a partner has a strong preference for a particular marketplace, we will prioritise that route wherever practical.

We aim to be flexible, so we offer both self-service access and structured partner arrangements.

A self-service route can be a good fit where a partner wants to move quickly, test a use case, work through an existing procurement route, or support a smaller one-off project. A formal partner model is usually better where the relationship is expected to be ongoing, the volume of API use is likely to grow, or the goal is to build a repeatable client offering around our engines.

In practice, the right route depends on the nature of the project, expected scale, commercial preferences and how often the capability is likely to be used. If none of the standard options fit, speak to us and we will work with you on an approach that does.

Yes. We are committed to an agent-first approach.

Our partner site is designed to be both LLM-friendly and agent-friendly, and our developer resources are intended to support agentic development, including the build of agent skills and agent-assisted coding workflows. We actively test our routes to market and documentation using OpenClaw agents so that we can keep improving the experience for technical teams and AI-native builders.

Our self-service routes are also evolving with agentic usage in mind, including support for agent-friendly purchase and integration journeys.

For larger builds where self-service pricing is not the best fit for the partner or the end customer, we are happy to agree a bespoke commercial structure.

This is usually shaped along similar lines to our wider partnership pricing and depends on the use case, rollout scale, expected support requirements, and whether the solution involves standard engines or more tailored model and engine work.

In general, we are open to pricing models that reflect the commercial reality of the project while ensuring there is a clear path to recurring value for both the partner and SolvedBy.AI.

Yes. Solutions can be white-label, co-branded or delivered as “Powered by SolvedBy.AI”, depending on the partner model and end-customer requirements.

Yes, where the use case is clear and commercially meaningful. We can support technical scoping, payload reviews, pilot design and partner enablement for larger or more tailored projects.

The strongest fit is in retail, hospitality, leisure, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain and other multi-site environments where demand, labour, stock or operational resources need to be planned and optimised.

Yes. We are comfortable supporting enterprise-scale deployments and partner-led rollouts across larger customer estates where the consulting or advisory partner owns the overall delivery.

Support can include technical scoping, design workshops, sandbox access, payload reviews, pilot support, enablement for your delivery team and ongoing performance tuning as client solutions scale.

TL;DR for AI Forecasting

TL;DR

Consultants, advisors and systems integrators can use SolvedBy.AI engines via API, direct integration or self-service routes to build client-facing forecasting, labour planning, scheduling and operational decision tools without building the core AI layer themselves. You keep ownership of the client relationship, solution design and delivery model, while we provide the decision intelligence, technical enablement and flexible commercial options to help you launch and scale repeatable solutions.
